I.             INTRODUCTION

The activities of Rubavu Youth Friendly Center’s activities during the month of April were generally based on educating youth how they can stand out through the struggle of better life by preventing themselves from HIV/AIDS; fight use of drugs, job creation and entrepreneurship as a way  to fight against poverty and auto promotion and country development.  

 II.   VCT SERVICES

VCT serves as an entry point to prevention, care, treatment and support, programs and enables people to confidently understand their HIV status and learn about supportive behaviors for protecting and preventing further spread of HIV.
